Looking Back on 2024: A Year of Growth and Gratitude at Indy Night Nanny
As the owner of Indy Night Nanny, reflecting on 2024 fills me with immense gratitude and joy. This year has been monumental, both professionally and personally, and I’m excited to share some highlights.
Welcoming New Life
In September, I experienced the joy of welcoming my own baby into the world. As a third-time mom at 40, the journey was a mix of excitement and careful planning. Balancing motherhood and running a business has been a beautiful challenge. This personal experience deepened my empathy and understanding for the families we support. Using the very services that my team provides, I now have been able to experience night nanny care from every angle which has been a valuable experience as a repeat mom and business owner.
Expanding Our Team
This year, we grew the Indy Night Nanny family by adding several skilled and compassionate nannies to our team. Their dedication has allowed us to serve more families across Indianapolis and continue providing the exceptional care we’re known for. Our expanded team means more parents waking up refreshed, confident, and supported during those precious early months with their babies.
Milestones in Service
From helping parents navigate sleepless nights to establishing effective routines for their little ones, 2024 was all about making a tangible difference. Whether assisting first-time parents or supporting families with multiples, we cherished every opportunity to nurture rest and connection. This year we also had the honor of serving two families with additional medical needs. While this is not something that we see often, it is even more essential for these families to have support during their early months postpartum and our team stepped up to the plate.
